Provide advice and analysis on relevant laws and sttrategies for successful claims; b. Provide recommendation on relevant supporting documents; c. Register companies with the Ministry of Commerce; c. Provide summary of all Cambodian compliance requirements (tax, legal, etc). 2- Contract drafting and negotiation (Covers various types of contract, from sales of goods, transfer of real property to transfer of business and partnerships.)  3- Business transfer a. Advise on various transaction structures under Cambodian law; b. Draft business transfer agreements; c. Conduct due diligence to determine potential legal liabilities of target company. 4- Employment a. Provide advice on labor laws and legality of employment contracts; b. Facilitate collective bargaining agreement. c. Attend hearing at the court and arbitration council, and prepare relevant supporting document.
